Alcoa (AA) (STT) (AEIS) (TWX) (BEN) (UAUA) Downgraded

Alcoa Inc. (NYSE: AA), State Street Co. (NYSE: STT), Advanced Energy Industries, Inc. (NASDAQ: AEIS), Time Warner Inc. (NYSE: TWX), Franklin Resources, Inc. (NYSE: BEN) and United Continental Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: UAUA) were downgraded by analysts.

Alcoa Inc. (AA) was downgraded by Deutsche Bank (NYSE:DB) from a “Buy” rating to a “Hold” rating. They have a price target of $14.00 on the company.

State Street Co. (STT) was downgraded by Jefferies (NYSE:JEF) from a “Buy” rating to a “Hold” rating. They have a price target of $38.00 on the company.

Advanced Energy Industries, Inc. (AEIS) was downgraded by Needham & Company from a “Buy” rating to a “Hold” rating.

Time Warner Inc. (TWX) was downgraded by Goldman Sachs (NYSE:GS) from a "Buy" rating to a “Neutral” rating.

Franklin Resources, Inc. (BEN) was downgraded by JPMorgan Chase & Co. (NYSE:JPM) from a “Neutral” rating to an “Underweight” rating. They have a price target of $102.00 on the company.

United Continental Holdings, Inc. (UAUA) was downgraded by Citigroup (NYSE:C) to a “Hold” rating. They have a price target of $22.00 on the company.
