McDermott (MDR) (NANO) (NATL) (FCBC) (FFIC) (FMER) Downgraded

McDermott International (NYSE: MDR), Nanometrics Inc. (NASDAQ: NANO), National Interstate Co. (NASDAQ: NATL), First Community Bancshares, Inc. (NASDAQ: FCBC), Flushing Financial Co. (NASDAQ: FFIC) and FirstMerit Co. (NASDAQ: FMER) were downgraded by analysts.

McDermott International (MDR) was downgraded by Morgan Stanley (NYSE:MS) from an “Overweight” rating to an “Underweight” rating. They have a price target of $12.00on the company.

Nanometrics Inc. (NANO) was downgraded by Piper Jaffray (NYSE:PJC) from an “Overweight” rating to a “Neutral” rating. They have a price target of $18.00 on the company, up from $15.00.

National Interstate Co. (NATL) was downgraded by Raymond James (NYSE:RJF) from a “Market Perform” rating to an “Underperform” rating.

First Community Bancshares, Inc. (FCBC) was downgraded by Stifel Nicolaus from a “Buy” rating to a “Hold” rating.

Flushing Financial Co. (FFIC) was downgraded by Sandler O’Neill to a “Hold” rating.

FirstMerit Co. (FMER) was downgraded by Guggenheim from a “Buy” rating to a “Neutral” rating.
