The Dow Chemical Company closed Monday at $35.08, falling $1.31, or 3.59 percent. Harvest Natural Resources closed at $11.47, down $0.77, or 6.29 percent. Thomson Reuters ended the day at $36.44, dropping $0.58, or 1.57 percent. Westar Energy closed at $26.81, declining $0.26, or 0.96 percent. Encore Capital closed at $28.39, gaining $1.86, or 7.01 percent.
