Stifel Nicolaus upgraded Venoco, Inc. (VQ) from a “sell” rating to a “buy” rating. They now have a price target of $24.00 on the company.
JPMorgan Chase & Co. (NYSE:JPM) upgraded Zebra Technologies Corp. (ZBRA) from a “neutral” rating to an “overweight” rating. They now have a price target of $46.00 on the company, up from $41.50.
