Sears (SHLD) (SKUL) (KED) (LCRY) (EGBN) (LII) Ratings, Price Targets

Sears Holdings Corp. (NASDAQ: SHLD), Skullcandy Inc. (NASDAQ: SKUL), Kayne Anderson Energy Development Co. (NYSE: KED), LeCROY Co. (NASDAQ: LCRY), Eagle Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ: EGBN) and Lennox International Inc. (NYSE: LII) ratings and price targets.

Sears Holdings Corp. (SHLD) had its “Sell” rating reiterated by Goldman Sachs (NYSE:GS).

Skullcandy Inc. (SKUL) had its “Overweight” rating reiterated by Piper Jaffray (NYSE:PJC). They have a price target of $26.00 on the company.

Sears (SHLD) (DWA) (FTNT) (DDIC) (DNKN) ( EGBN) Ratings, Price Targets

Sears Holdings Corp. (NASDAQ: SHLD), DreamWorks Animation (NYSE: DWA), Fortinet, Inc. (NASDAQ: FTNT), DDi Corp. (NASDAQ: DDIC), Dunkin Brands (NASDAQ: DNKN) and Eagle Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ: EGBN) ratings and price targets.

Perfumania Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ:PERF), Sears Holdings Corp. (SHLD), Sino-Global Shipping (SINO), Towerstream Corp. (TWER), Swisher Hygiene (SWSH) and KiOR Inc. (KIOR) were the biggest losers on the NASDAQ Tuesday.

Perfumania Holdings Inc. (PERF) ended the session down 33.05 percent, closing at $13.19. They traded in a range of $13.19 to $17.00. A total of 169,617 shares changed hands.

Sears Holdings Corp. (SHLD) ended the session down 26.87 percent, closing at $33.53. They traded in a range of $33.50 to $37.90. A total of 8,927,081 shares changed hands.

Sino-Global Shipping (SINO) ended the session down 9.58 percent, closing at $2.17. They traded in a range of $2.13 to $2.44. A total of 43,722 shares changed hands.

Towerstream Corp. (TWER) ended the session down 8.33 percent, closing at $2.20. They traded in a range of $2.20 to $2.37. A total of 434,264 shares changed hands.

Sears (SHLD) Crushed on Falling Sales

Shares of Sears (NASDAQ:SHLD) are getting clobbered today as sales plunged and earnings dropped to $933 million in adjusted fourth-quarter earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization.

After selling off inventory, and/or selling or subleasing store space, the company expects to earn from $140-$170 million.

The failing retailer also announced its going to close from 100 to 120 Kmart of Sears stores.

Same-store sales at the stores in the fourth quarter plummeted by 6 percent for Sears stores in the United States, and 4.4 percent at its Kmart outlets.

Sears was trading at $36.53, plunging $9.32, or 20.33 percent, as of 10:10 AM EST.
