Deutsche Bank (NYSE:DB) downgraded Telefonica SA (TEF) from a “buy” rating to a “hold” rating.
Craig Hallum downgraded Zoltek Companies, Inc. (ZOLT) from an “accumulate” rating to a “neutral” rating.
