Saia (SAIA) (HR) (PVH) (IGN) (MDSO) (NVLS) (PPL) Price Targets Changed

Saia Inc. (NASDAQ: SAIA), Healthcare Realty Trust (NYSE: HR), Phillips-Van Heusen (NYSE: PVH), iShares Goldman Sachs Network (IGN), Medidata Solutions, Inc. (NASDAQ: MDSO), Novellus Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: NVLS) and PPL Co. (NYSE: PPL) have price targets adjusted by analysts.



Saia Inc. (SAIA) had its price target lowered by Jefferies (NYSE:JEF) to $16.00.



Healthcare Realty Trust (HR) had its price target lowered by JPMorgan Chase & Co. (NYSE:JPM) to $20.00.



Phillips-Van Heusen (PVH) had its price target raised by Goldman Sachs (NYSE:GS) to $88.00.



iShares Goldman Sachs Network (IGN) had its price target lowered by Goldman Sachs to $165.00.



Medidata Solutions, Inc. (MDSO) had its price target lowered by Goldman Sachs to $18.00.



Novellus Systems, Inc. (NVLS) had its price target lowered by Needham & Company from $38.00 to $32.00. They have a “Buy” rating on the company.



PPL Co. (PPL) had its price target raised by Ticonderoga from $30.00 to $33.00. They have a “Buy” rating on the company.

Biggest Losers (BRE) (GGC) (SPRD) (PVH) (KMX) on May 6

Among the big, negative movers on Friday, May 6, were Bre Properties (BRE), Georgia Gulf Corp. (GGC), Spreadtrum Communications (SPRD), Phillips-Van Heusen (PVH) and Carmax Inc (KMX).

Bre Properties (BRE) was down $2.17, to close at $48.10, a loss of 4.32 percent.

Georgia Gulf Corp. (GGC) fell $2.15 on the day to close at $31.20, a loss of 6.45 percent.

Spreadtrum Communications (SPRD) dropped $2.12 to close at $19.90, a loss of 9.63 percent.

Phillips-Van Heusen (PVH) declined $2.09 to close the session at $67.53, a loss of 3.00 percent.

Carmax Inc (KMX) plunged $2.04 to end the day at $31.81, a loss of 6.03 percent.

Phillips-Van Heusen's (NYSE:PVH) Revenue Trends, SG&A Control Improving

Citing the improved SG&A control and revenue trends of Phillips-Van Heusen's (NYSE:PVH), offset by $10 million of incremental advertising and higher tax assumptions in the fourth quarter, Goldman Sachs (NYSE:GS) said they're maintaining the "Conviction Buy List" rating on the company.

EPS estimates were raised on Phillips-Van Heusen by Goldman for full year 2010 from $3.69 to $3.87, for full year 2011 from $5.00 to $5.05, and for full year 2012 from $5.85 to $5.90.

Philips closed Monday at $69.38, dropping $0.62, or 0.89 percent. Goldman increased their price target on them from $70 to $85.
