Sensata Tech (ST) was downgraded by Oppenheimer from an “Outperform” rating to a “Market Perform” rating. They have a price target of $33.00 on the company, down from $35.00.
BNP Paribas initiated coverage on Veeco Instruments Inc. (VECO). They placed a “Neutral” rating on the company.

Dividends from (NHI) (OTTR) (PEI) (PLD) (POOL) Declared
National Health Investors Inc. (NYSE:NHI), Otter Tail Corporation (NASDAQ:OTTR), Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust (NYSE:PEI), ProLogis (NYSE:PLD) and Pool Corp (NASDAQ:POOL) declare dividends.
The Board of Directors of National Health Investors Inc. (NHI) declared a quarterly common stock dividend of $0.615 a share payable 8/10/11 to shareholders of record at the close of business on 6/30/11.
The Board of Directors of Otter Tail Corporation (OTTR) declared a cash dividend of $0.2975 a share on the company's common stock payable on 6/10/11 to Stockholders of record on 5/13/11.
The Board of Directors of Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust (PEI) declared a regular cash dividend of $0.15 a common share. The dividend will be payable on 6/15/11 to common stockholders of record at the close of business on 6/1/11.
