RSC (RRR) (ITW) (CNI) (CTCM) (PH) (RGDX) (STXS) Downgraded

RSC Holdings Inc. (NYSE: RRR), Illinois Tool Works Inc. (NYSE: ITW), Canadian National Railway (NYSE: CNI), CTC Media, Inc. (NASDAQ: CTCM), Parker-Hannifin Co. (NYSE: PH), Response Genetics (NASDAQ: RGDX) and Stereotaxis, Inc. (NASDAQ: STXS) downgraded by analysts.

Illinois Tool Works Inc. (ITW) was downgraded by Goldman Sachs (NYSE:GS) from a “Neutral” rating to a “Sell” rating.

RSC Holdings Inc. (RRR) was downgraded by Goldman Sachs from a “Buy” rating to a “Neutral” rating.

Canadian National Railway (CNI) was downgraded by Goldman Sachs from a “Neutral” rating to a “Sell” rating.

CTC Media, Inc. (CTCM) was downgraded by Credit Suisse (NYSE:CS) from a “Neutral” rating to an “Underperform” rating.

Parker-Hannifin Co. (PH) was downgraded by Goldman Sachs from a “Buy” rating to a “Neutral” rating.

Response Genetics (RGDX) was downgraded by Ladenburg Thalmann from a “Buy” rating to a “Neutral” rating.

Stereotaxis, Inc. (STXS) was downgraded by Oppenheimer from an “Outperform” rating to a “Perform” rating.

Price Targets on (APL) (ACGL) (BODY) (CTCM) (CSOD) Updated

Price targets on shares of Atlas Pipeline Partners, L.P. (NYSE: APL), Arch Capital (NASDAQ: ACGL), Body Central Acquisition Co. (NASDAQ: BODY), CTC Media, Inc. (NASDAQ: CTCM) and Cornerstone OnDemand (NASDAQ: CSOD) were updated by analysts.

Citigroup (NYSE:C) raised their price target on Atlas Pipeline Partners, L.P. (APL) from $40.00 to $42.00.

Keefe, Bruyette & Woods, Inc placed a price target of $39.00 on Arch Capital (ACGL).

Jefferies (NYSE:JEF) raised their price target on Body Central Acquisition Co. (BODY) from $25.00 to $29.00. They have a “buy” rating on the company.

Goldman Sachs (NYSE:GS) cut their price target on CTC Media, Inc. (CTCM) from $33.10 to $32.80.

Piper Jaffray (NYSE:PJC) raised their price target on Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) from $21.00 to $24.00. They have an “overweight” rating on the company.

Losers (CENX) (OPEN) (NXTM) (CTCM) (HMPRD) on May 4

Century Aluminum Company (NASDAQ:CENX), OpenTable Inc (NASDAQ:OPEN), NxStage Medical, Inc. (NASDAQ:NXTM), CTC Media, Inc. (NASDAQ:CTCM) and Hampton Roads Bankshares Inc (HMPRD) were among the big losers on Wednesday, May 4.

Century Aluminum Company (CENX) closed at $16.52, plunging $3.22, or 16.31 percent. Missing revenue and earnings estimates in the latest quarter was the major catalyst.

OpenTable Inc (OPEN) closed Wednesday at $89.35, dropping $15.65, or 14.90 percent. The switching of CEOs was behind driving the share price down.

NxStage Medical, Inc. (NXTM) closed the trading session at $20.43, falling $3.25, or 13.76 percent. Trading volume was about 6 times the daily 3-month average.

CTC Media, Inc. (CTCM) ended the day at $20.00, down $2.69, or 11.86 percent. Shares dropped after the company reported non-GAAP EPS of $0.16, missing estimates by 1 cent.

Hampton Roads Bankshares Inc (HMPRD) closed Wednesday at $11.72, dropping $1.56, or 11.75 percent. Volume was just under 5 times the daily 3-month average. It traded in a range of $11.62 - $12.99 on the day.
