New York & Company, Inc. (NWY) was downgraded by Janney Montgomery Scott from a “Buy” rating to a “Neutral” rating. They have a price target of $3.00 on the company.
Penn National Gaming (PENN) was downgraded by Brean Murray from a “Buy” rating to a “Hold” rating.
